Consultants to develop guidance/tools on stakeholder engagement in human rights/environmental due diligence


Ethical Trade Norway is looking for a consultant to develop practical guidance for companies/public bodies on stakeholder engagement as part of human rights/environmental due diligence in global supply chains. The guidance/tools will be developed in collaboration with Ethical Trade Norway staff.

The consultant will be responsible for desktop research, collation of information through interviews and lead on the development of the guidance/tools. The consultant should deliver practical guidance with accompanying tools, produced with input from Ethical Trade Norway staff. The guidance/tools will be informed by consultation meetings in a minimum of two production countries. These meetings will be carried out by Ethical Trade Norway staff in collaboration with local partners. The guidance/tools should also include case studies based on interviews with companies and possibly other stakeholders.
